Sometimes you don’t recognize your dental hygienist without the little face mask on, because frankly, you zone out at the dentist. Because staring up into the eyes of the person currently digging around in your face is just a tad awkward.

But then you see someone you totally recognize at a destination wedding, and can’t figure it out… until she makes a joke about having been in my mouth, and I know that voice and BIG HUGS! We got to meet Stephanie’s then-girlfriend Nicole at a wedding in New Mexico, and had SO much fun with them. Then when they got engaged, we were their first stop. Their wedding next month is something we’re so crazy excited about… but you’ll just have to wait and see why!

These two beautiful women were both SO nervous about getting portraits taken, but I think we’ve convinced them that the experience is painless. And hey, see here as treatment from the dentist are actually kind of fun now. 😉
