Happy Memorial Day, readers! I hope you’re all enjoying this steamy summer day… we’re about to head out for a little sun, chlorine, and burgers! But just in case there’s anyone stuck at a desk today, I thought I’d give you something pretty to look at.![]()
Yesterday, I shared Part 1 of Tami & Heath’s wedding in Kemp, TX, which included one of the most beautiful ceremonies we’ve ever captured! Today, we’ll pick up with a few more portraits, some details, and a few favorite shots from the reception at Cedar Creek Country Club.

How’s this for a bunch of beautiful people, huh?

The combination of the gray and the yellow is one of my favorites so far this year!

I’m a sucker for a classy tablescape…

Mack caught this next image of a paper lantern outside, and I really love the perspective!

It’s personal touches in details… in this case, the couple’s love for golf and baseball… that really make a wedding design special:

I’m embarrassed at how long it took me to capture the next picture. I knew I wanted to balance the rings on a golf ball, but hand-eye coordination isn’t really my strong point. I got there, though!!

Tami & Heath really enjoyed their first dance, and I love that. Smiles all around!

If you’re going to retrieve a garter, this is definitely a fun way to do it!![]()

The littlest and most generous participant in the wedding dance:

Tami & Heath played “Rock, Paper, Scissors” to determine who’d go first when taking bites of their wedding cake. While Tami won the toss, I don’t think it really paid off for her in the end…

Photobooths offer all sorts of opportunities for fun pictures…

Is any party complete without a little breakdancing? This hand-stand is courtesy of the ring bearer… such a little stud!

Tami & Heath, we’re so honored that you chose us to capture these memories of your special day. You guys are awesome, and we know you’re going to conquer the world together! (Oh, and call me when you have babies, because those kids are going to be seriously gorgeous.

Aunt Ambo - So beautiful! Her dress is amazing!!!! Love the golf ball shot, no matter how long it took…amazing. (but then again, I’m a sucker for ring shots)
Misty - More wonderful-ness!!! What (another) gorgeous wedding!!! And I’m pretty sure that’s the best bride & bridesmaids shot I have ever seen
Misty - The b&w bridesmaids shot, that is…of course
But I agree, that silver-grey & yellow combo is AB-FAB!!! You must’ve been in photog heaven, with all those colors! Nice!
