Last week, Girls on Film went outside.
The four women who participated in this shoot are REAL. One is engaged, another is a newlywed, one is the mother of a 5 month old, and yet another has all those things still ahead of her. I partnered with Meagan of MegBDesign for styling, Rent My Dust vintage rentals for props, and the amazing 3825 S. Bowen for this incredible location. For one afternoon, I set aside all the constraints of shooting boudoir in a hotel and explored the great outdoors with these incredible women. I couldn’t possibly be more proud of the results, and I’m so excited to shoot more of these sessions!
As I said on Facebook when I posted the sneak peek, I’m now offering a new package specializing in these organic, natural boudoir sessions. The light and the freedom are more similar to the way we shoot weddings & engagements, and in working on these images, I felt like my boudoir work was finally starting to feel like ME. Since I posted that sneak peek, I’ve booked nine forthcoming outdoor boudoir sessions, and you’d better believe I’m excited to do this more and more!
There’s never been a post on this boudoir blog as long as the one I’m posting today, but hey… there’s a first time for everything, right? I hope this gets you fired up enough to share with your friends, and perhaps book a session yourself. There’s no day like TODAY to celebrate the woman you are!
